The one of a kind Manjushree Eco School is significantly established to restore mankind's attention to one of the world's primitive living culture. To soundly share the knowledge and intellectual resources, our village is all set to set an example of learning in accordance to the elementary practices of Nature.

Our Story

Filled in natural and human resources in abundance, lies our village. A perfect abode of peace and solitude, it stands out from the rest of Darjeeling Himalayas. With its natural beauty - untamed and unspoiled, the greatest intent of our Eco School is to conserve what Nature has bestowed on us. In the long run, we shall be able to help and guide other villages across the vast Eastern Himalayas to set foot on an identical plan and integrate travelling as a sustainable method to spread education.

Started from scratch and bootstrapped by our tourism endeavours, our Eco School is determined to working toward preservation and conservation of our natural and cultural heritage. As a beacon of hope, training the youth for leading Walking Tours, Cultural Experiences and Farms is one of its integral objective. In the long run, this aims to gradually transform the Tourism Ecosystem of this region into a Carbon Free Travel Network.
